It seems your input filter has stripped out the Apache <Directory> declarations.

So I simply went into my Input Filter configuration on Filter HTML and told it to escape all tags.
I also discovered that I had had comments on but had to go allow them for anonymous users, as presently I don't that see alot of people are going to sign up as users for now...
